We offer a variety of aerial classes to suit a range of fitness styles. Whether you are looking to relax or burn up a sweat, there is something for everyone!
Aerial Fundamentals
Perfect for beginners! This class will familiarise you with the aerial hammock. You will learn basic folds, wraps, grips and inversions in this gentle full body workout class.
Experience level: Absolute Beginners
Aerial Yoga: Flow
An energising flow based yoga class that incorporates the use of the hammock for inverted and elevated postures, deep stretching and peaceful relaxation.
Experience level: Beginners
Aerial Yoga: Restorative
This slow and relaxing yoga class focuses on extended postures and deep relaxation. The hammocks stay low to the ground and provide a private cocoon for you to enjoy peace and quiet.

Aerial Fitness
Strengthen and tone with this all over suspension workout! Hammocks are used to lift, press, flip, crunch and fly through high intensity exercises.

Aerial Dance
Unleash your inner ballerina! This class combines barre and dance fitness techniques with graceful and flowing aerial sequences.

Aerial Play
Build stamina, strength and grace by learning advanced flips and tricks and combining them into challenging and fun combinations.

The Mum Bod Aerial Fitness & Play
Bond with your baby and rediscover your fitness with this gentle and interactive post-partum fitness class. Babies and toddlers enjoy sensory play in the hammock and interactive exercises with you that are designed to strengthen and tone your new Mum Bod!

ACROVINYASA
Join us for a different type of aerial play! Acrobatic partner yoga! This class takes the traditional practice of yoga from earth to air. Grab a partner and learn to base and fly through a series of yoga postures and flow sequences designed by Claudine and Honza Lafond of Yoga Beyond.
